what happened to my supply? Even a week a go I was pumping 6+ oz out of each side each pumping session, now I'm down to 1.5 oz each? (this is both sides combined) 😪
I pumped 12 oz today 6 oz from each breast
So I pumped 10 oz 5 oz from each breast is that good for having a two month old ???? And then 5 oz together after my morning pump Andy thoughts
Pumped two oz out of each breast could've done more but had to get lil man he's ready to eat again
How Much are you Pumping at a Time?? I usually pump 5 oz on each side. I'm just wondering if what I'm doing is normal or if I should be trying to pump more each side. Any input is welcome!!!
Pumping How many ounces are you getting a pump session? And if a lot please share your tricks! I'm getting 5-6 oz each time.

That could be it you're getting the same amount total just just not the same in each session.

I went back to work a week ago, if anything I'm pumping more regularly. Right before work, 3 hours later, two hours after that, two hours after that, and I nurse when I get home. Ive been thinking of setting alarms and pumping through the night. (baby sleeps through the night a lot of the tome) @thehowtohippie

Have you changed your diet or the times you're pumping or how long you go in between pumping
