we called all the families and told them when they could visit.....yet they are alllll here and keep walking in my room while im trying to wait to start pushing

all you have to do is tell the nurses you want everyone to leave the room until after the baby is here. Trust me, they get annoyed with people going in and out of the room too. Either they'll be straight forward or try not to hurt any feelings and make something up. For my SIL the nurses said everyone besides the father had to leave the room so the doctor could come in and do stuff and so the mom could get sleep. No one complained at all. When I go into labor it's just gunna be like 4 people there. All these people keep saying they're coming and I'm like okay but you won't get very far since I'm telling the nurse specifically who's allowed in.

Definitely tell your nurses too many people can stress baby out aswell... I told my boyfriend not to call anyone but our mothers once I go into labor

You can tell the nurses to not let anyone in
