Yes they can be removed. and yes you should be able to have children. sometime pregnancy can cause them in certain people. my mom had my sister and I and then when she got pregnant with my brother they found the fibroids. She had them removed but they have grown back. Every case is so so different. Some affect you and some don't and people don't even know they have them.

They are fibrous masses. growths usual caused by estrogen dominance. my mom has them
