is it OK to have a baby shower march 19th if I'm due may 9th? that's not too early is it?

oh no way! my mom said the same. but she's from the generation where they had theirs like 2 or 3 weeks before delivery. I don't wanna be completely miserable at mine! lol

I don't think that's too early, my fren had hers wen she was 6 mth. soon as she found out the sex.. I wanted to have mines in April and I'm not due till early july.lol. but I'm having twin never know what might happen so I wanted it early in case I have an early birth or sumn

@dia644, that's what I told my mom she said it was too early but I had my son early I didn't want to chance it with this baby especially because I have friends and family coming from out of town

Hehe thanks!I wish it was my wedding. I have 2 fiends getting married and their bachelorette parties and bridal showers take up March and April. The way I see it is it gives me a lot of time to return stuff and not rush to get everything I need. My friend had her baby shower a month before she was due and she was miserable and really uncomfortable! There's no rules! Do what works for you momma!
