So I'm having strong tight pulling pains at the top of my belly. Idk if it's really bad gas or Braxton hicks.. HELP 😩

if you're still having them you might wanna call your doctor. it could be labour. I can't remember what type of labour but it goes on and off for weeks before you have the baby. I'd your belly hard or soft.?
So contractions can happen at the top of your belly? I wasn't sure because this is my first pregnancy.
@rainbowbaby2015, I've been drinking tons of water I thought it would help... NOPE. And eating didn't help either. I just don't wanna make a big deal out of it, if I have no need to.
I have braxton Hicks right below my boobs but at the top of my belly and its really uncomfortable. try eating something and drinking water and laying on your left side. I do all three and the eating helps mainky
