Am I the only one freaking out about this Zika virus from mosquitos ?! They are saying horrible…

Am I the only one freaking out about this Zika virus from mosquitos ?! They are saying horrible things and not really saying how to prevent getting or contracting the virus! I'm on the gulf coast of Florida and they are saying to be careful...do I just use lots of bug spray and avoid being outside as much as I can? It's almost impossible to avoid mosquitos here!!! So worried !
