That's what I hope is gonna happen my fiance got the same charge but he was on probation for a 2nd offense dui also and they put him in jail for the amount of time the state ask for him to serve plus a violation my dl was taken from when I was 21 and I got a 1st offense dui I finally had the money to pay all my fines off last year and I owe 230 for my reinstatement and insurance I'm going to get that stuff this week I just hope the judge sees I ain't a trouble maker lol and let's me walk free I can't do 30 days in jail pregnant I will not eat and be stressed out and that won't be good but I had no choice but to drive yesterday @brinleysmommy

im a paralegal at a large law firm here in Memphis. i can just do a general check with one of the attorneys to see what the law states. i dont need any of ur info

if I was in memphis I know I would walk free lol @taniell123 they aren't as tough on people in memphis when it comes to those kind of charges but out here in tipton county yea they will use it and throw you in jail but I hope that's not my case cuz my record is clean besides the dui from 2010 so the judge should be nice to me lol
