So I'm reserving the hall for my baby shower today and the only date we can get is March 6th, which means I'll be 36 weeks pregnant... I feel like that's cutting it so close and thinking about what if I go into labor early and I'm freaking out about it being so late...have any of you had your baby shower that far along and can ease my mind? I thought your usually supposed to have it around 32 weeks but I guess I just waited too long :(

I'm doing my baby shower at 34 weeks. But then again I'm a first time mommy so I really don't know when to have one.

Don't freak out. 36 weeks is fine. Most first time moms deliver after the due date.

yeah I completely understand. I'm a first time mom too and 16 years old so im kinda clueless when it comes to stuff like baby showers. thank god I took all those parenting classes though! and plus a bright side of having it so late is everyone see's your baby bump at its fullest!
