this is really a random question but I'm 3-4 cm dilated and have an appointment Thursday. if I'm dilated enough will I get admitted or can this still not do anything until 39 weeks? bc i have fast labor and its an hour drive to hospital.

usually most obs offices if you are at a 5 they will have you go to the hospital and admit you

okay bc i got induced with my son an was only in active labor 1.5 hours and pushed 30 minutes... and I'm already 3-4 cm so I didn't know what they'd do. @wyatts_mommy_0106

my sister walked around at 4 cm for a month lol @alyx1220 so guess not.

I'm pretty sure as long as your a 5 they keep you cause you can progress fast or slow.but every Dr is different

they won't admit u until, ur 5 cm at least, or contracting consistently.. and they won't induce u until at least 39 weeks.. but the Dr. can strip ur membranes..
