As for the the pads there battery powered and I've never had to change the battery's yet xx

I've never had a false alarm yet unlike some of the others I've ready about. Only down side is the monitor battery life. I keep it plugged in when I use it. I can't wait to try it in his cot and wish it having two pads it's less likely to have false alarms. My friends Angel care one would go off every time he rolled over off the sensor @polisha0311 xx
