He can't take your son from you he doesn't have that right. You can take your son, pack your shit, and leave. That's what I did with my daughter when my husband cheated on me, I left. I don't currently have a job right now either (I'm in the process of looking for one). But I'm in the exact same situation. Do you have family you can stay with for a little while? I'm staying with my mom. Maybe some family or friends can help you out? But he can NOT take away your son. And if he did all you would have to do is go to court. He cannot take your son away. Don't let hat get in your head, time being even if you don't want to, get on welfare or cash aide to get food or money coming in and wic. And stay with a friend or family.

If you can prove the cheating you have it in the bag, the fact that he threatened to take your son away, you win right there. almost all cases they go with the mother, you can get help to start up and get on your feet. don't let him do that to you. no one deserves that

the only way they can take that child away is if youre on drugs or harming the child. trust me. i went through the same thing. as long as that baby has all the things he needs (food, bed, clothes). the father cant do shit. and if you leave him now, dont let him sign for the baby . because more than likely he'll never care for the baby, he'll use the baby as a weapon to hurt you!
