so question i put my hand on the top left part of my belly last night while laying on my back and my hand moved... it only happens when i lay on my back, when did yall feel your first movements i know everyones different and it was probably just a gas bubble but i got excited lol
for some reason when I fall asleep I keep winding up laying on my back. is that safe? aren't I not supposed to lay on my back for long periods of time?
why when I lay on my back its hard to breathe 😔😔😔

for the past 2-3 weeks, I cant breathe, I literally cant sleep, I cant lay back, when I went for my sono today I could barely lay back I had to sit up after laying back for 30sec, I even started sweating and I am hot all the time..can anybody tell me if this is normal?...im 33weeks 4days
I'm 32 weeks Pregnant And Every time I Get Up Or Lay Down Its Pain And Cramping I Can't Lift My Leg When I Walk It Crams When I Try To Switch From Side To Side Y Laying Down It Hurts Then I Feel Little Cramps In My Back From Time To Time Can Someone Help Me Please!!!!
