My daughter Lucy who is just three this january, will not sleep! I mean up until one, up multiple times throughout the night and still up at 7! and this isn't out of the ordinary this her regular sleeping pattern. Anyone have experience with melatonin?

my brother is the same way been on it since he was two and now he will be 13 in july

I give my son Melatonin every night. By reccomendations of 2 different doctors. He has severe ADHD and takes a high dose of meds in the morning so he takes it to even himself out at night
