monitor it give him tylenol and lots of fluids and schedule an appt if it continues. If it raises any more take him in asap but give him meds first before going in .
Yeah most moms just come right in or dont give the meds time to work so they come in and they waste their time because by the time we see them they're fine lol but i understand why .
If you have Tylenol and lots of fluids then that will treat his fever. 101 is considered low grade and all the doctor will do is seriously just give him Tylenol then tell you to take him home and give him lots of liquids like pedialyte. Might as well just treat it at home. The Tylenol should really help bring his fever down and the pedialyte will keep his body stocked up on electrolytes. Hope he feels better soon.
Tylenol or motrion and keep a eye on it if it goes up then take him also use a cool rag on his forehead that should help too. after medicine check his temp in a hr
