all you hsve to tell them is that at you have dr appointments. you don't have to tell them what for.

I told my supervisor because she made the schedule and all the dr appointments I had coming up I needed off...but other than that the rest of my coworkers didn't find out till I was in the second trimester

You honestly don't have to tell them anything unless they ask you.

I know and I never tell them I'm pregnant I wasn't going too until after I got hired. Technically they can't deny you of work just because your pregnant, you can sue .
