my two oldest never had it my third has its nit scabs unless he was bleeding but it is large patches of dead skin I used coconut oil after I would gently flake him soak hair in water when getting bath and layer the fine tooth comb flat on his scalp a rubbed gently in cut ukar motions then comb out what can up repeat then washed it will still be there his just cleared up at 4 month he now turning 6 months every now and then there will be a dry patch that looks like slave scab but flakes off

His head is getting scabs on it I know it's cradle cap, my meow he had it too @mrsmoore

that normal for baby's to lose hair it's no caused by cradle cap my son had a head full of hair no cradle cap and still lost it he has a Mohawk now with short hair on the sides

sometimes babies lose hair, one of my boys did. and coconut oil helps with cradle cap.
