at mine we did the one where I had to dress my sons dad like a baby. we did the bottle game. putting a ballon under the shirt and trying to tie their shoes. boys vs girls they had 5 mins to write down things that go in a diaper bag with stickers & guess how big the belly is

Hold a ball between your knees with a balloon under your shirt and try to et the ball in a cup. Supposed to be like holding it to run to the bathroom.

Measure the belly.

Get clothes pins and if someone says baby they lose it to whoever heard them the person with the most at the end wins.

I've heard of getting different baby food and making everyone guess what it is. putting different kinds of candy that's crushed up in a diaper and passing it around and have everyone guess what candy it is (twix,butterfinger,reeces, milkyway), freeze one of those plastic babies in an ice cube and give everyone an ice cube and whenever their cube melts and the baby falls yell "my water broke"
