its an infection I had it before,and I was prescribed jell which helped it took the thick discharge and fishy odor away, creme can't cure STDs, pills cure STDs creams cure bacteria infections

The confusion in the comments looks like it's coming from the question in your original post "how else can I get it?". This infection can be contracted without having sex. It's possible to get it both ways. But, I also see where people just threw the "D" in there on their own as well lol
