I put my daughter in hers around 3 months. so seems pretty close!

If you have to prop anything up behind or under their feet they're too little. Honestly it's not great for their spine until they're able to support themselves on their own.

the instructions say only for use with babies who can hold their head up unassisted and cannot walk.

@kmally, that makes sense about his spine though. I plan on only putting him in it for like fifteen minutes, not hours ya know. Just get his leg muscles going

I haven't put mine in one yet I think I could cuz she holds her head up really good now. just haven't gotten the time or the money to go and get one yet to try

@skyfullofstars344, well he fits by those standards. But I do have to put something under his feet cause he can't reach the ground yet. But does hold himself up

lol she got two chairs for Christmas but no jumper lol so mommy and daddy got get for her. but that's ok

I put my son in by 3 months he was holding his head up from birth but to be safe we did it that way. My doctor also said that's it ok to prop them up for a few in the jumper like 10-15 minutes because it helps strengthen their spine and leg muscles
