putting your hair up causes more fallout and breakage because of the stress it puts on your hair. I've seen my hair fallout decrease after I stopped putting my hair up and brushing It all the time (Which is another thing that makes your hair fall out).

my hair is still falling out and my daughter is almost 8 months old I get so scared I'm gonna have a bald spot it sucks. I ALWAYS have my hair up to tho and I hope that's part of it cause my hair can't shed if its up. lol but its only really bad when I take showers

My daughter is 3 months and my hair is falling out pretty bad. All I was told was to keep your scalp clean and moist and let it take its course
