what really helped me was ginger ale, as well as Ginger Root pills. its pure ginger. Also if you can stomach big food, I drink pedialyte and get those danimals yogurts!! now im getting nauseous from being sick at the hospital so im taking Zofran. hope some of those help you hun, morning sickness sucks! ! @xovonai
