can I let my 2 1/2 month old chew on frozen fruits

I try that with my son n he didn't like it cause it was to cold I feed my son rice cereal n mix it with baby fruit

I had some spaghetti today but I really don't eat much like I know I'm supposed to eat 500 calories more each day for my supply but it's hard @aguilarfamily

yea you have to dedicate yourself to it, I had the worst nipple pain up to almost a month and a half of breastfeeding also got mastitis but after getting past all of it its such a great experience @aguilarfamily
