no problem, what also helps me is pacing back and forth at your on pace, i know it may be painful trying to walk but it does help. my assumption is that it gets the blood flowing to my head and helps relieve it.
either use a heating pad (its safe to use cause it no where near the baby) or get a rag and run it under hot water or get a heating pad that you microwave instead all three works for me definantly try taking a warm shower or bath if you cant stand up, have. bucket of hot water near by and splash the rag in every once in a while when it gets cold
laying down usually helps, but sometimes it makes it worse when i try to get back up. i've tried drinking water and it just makes me feel even thirstier. @smyoung90
sleep more, eat more and drink more water! unless its coming from the back of your head (which means less stress in your life lol) you should eat sleep and drink more water!
I had the same thing and still do occasionally. Drink A LOT of water and take Tylenol if you absolutely need it. But for me, drinking more water and just laying down for a bit helped.
