coconut oil, put it on your babies head a couple times a day, it works great for it, I've used it on their butts to, helps with diaper rashes and dry skin so my boys get oiled down lol head to toe!
just rub it on your baby's head, brush or comb it and leave it. it doesn't need to be washed off, it's a solid but when you rub it on it melts, best stuff ever seriously I swear by it. it helped one of my boys when he started getting cradle cap and helped my other with excema. they have soft skin. helps with diaper rashes to. so just put it on and leave it. it doesn't stain clothes either, so it it gets on your baby's clothes or your it doesn't leave an oily stain
