we both started taking vitamins and cut out caffeine and started eating healthier as well as added preseed (sperm friendly lube got it at cvs) to when we did the deed. took 2 months after those changes but now we are 29+4.

I went to the doctor and was told I had a bladder infection. so they said they may have slowed the process. just waiting to go back.
