Has anyone been diagnosed with Preeclampsia before?
Just had my 38 week appointment and my blood pressure has been steady high lately. 134/90 today. So now my OB is wanting me to do a 24 hour urine collection.
Which I get but it's just a pain in the ass. Because of my work schedule, and being at work I'll have to go to my car every time I have to pee to get the jug seeing as it needs to stay cold. I'm pretty sure work won't let put it in their refrigerator lol
Depending on the results combined with being overweight I might be getting induced next week!
I'm terrifed.
Wish me luck all. Maybe I'll get to meet my precious Aubrie before the month is up!

I had preeclampsia and they induced me at 37 weeks. I am hoping I don't get it again... I am showing signs:/

as it is I already had to do that for my ultrasound on wednesday cus it was the only time available ; ( @ezaja I was thinking about just calling in ha

yes I was I was on solid bed rest my whole last trimester only time doc wanted me up was to shower or use bathroom if I had someone to cook & bring me food plus to drink then I needed to let them do it I was induced a week early to make sure my baby was fine and had to have this magnesium stuff while I was in labor

I don't understand why they are even bothering with the pee test, I hated that test (gross), because you are so far along? They could induce you now at 38 weeks??

Because they're not 100% sure. my bp is my only symptom and it might just be pregnancy induced. either way I'll most likely be induced at 39 or 39+

I have had it every time I've been pregnant, so far this time I haven't been diagnosed with it, but my BP has been going up. It's usually around 35 weeks when I get put on bed rest.
