Hey mama's I need some advice. So I went to my prenatal appt and my doctor said that she doesn't want me gaining too much weight during my pregnancy. So I have already changed the way I eat, are there exercises I can be doing other than walking or running?
I would check out Pinterest. They have great pregnancy workouts based on how far along you are.
I would think dancing. you can look it up online. I know there is certain things we can't do
