I just had a birthing class and she said that if you have a fluid leaking and you aren't sure if it's your amniotic fluid, urine or something else to just smell it because amniotic fluid has absolutely no odor. And when I went into the hospital for preterm labor, I had a fluid leaking too and the nurse smelled it and it did have an odor so she wasn't worried. (Turned out to be pee because catheters suck)

@alwaystired22, @alwaystired22 @shannonb95 thanks guys I called labor and delivery and they said that if its only a little bit and not soaking a pad I should be fine and to just wait until my appointment on Tuesday to bring it up... so will see. sometimes I'm worried about Scott & white though

you should go in. especially because they have you shots to stop preterm labor.

I heard if it does smell sweet it is amniotic fluid O.o

@shannonb95, I went to the doc last Tuesday because I take shots to stop prep term labor and I told her about it. but she said amniotic fluid doesn't smell sweet. but it only happens a little bit at a time....

could be your water breaking/leaking, I'd call your doctor right away if I were you
