don't eat , you'll have to re take the test && that's a 3 hr test , trust me I know first hand , lol... but fruit punch is pretty good !

just went last week. do not eat! 12 hours before the appt dont eat anything. the orange drink really wasnt that bad. tasted like a flat orange soda.

When I went for mine the first pregnancy they said I need to eat an hour before. they sent a girl to go eat and come back bc she hadn't ate. I would ask your doctor. I stay confused on it bc some say eat and others say don't

If they wanted you to fast, they would have made a point to tell you they told me about 3-4 times reminding me I couldn't eat past midnight. And I personally hated the orange. It made me extremely nauseous and I got a headache, I had the fruit punch with my second baby and I preferred it.

I took mine a week and a half ago and I actually did a non stress test before hand and my dr gave me a granola bar thing and I had the test an hour after. Before that appointment my dr told me not to fast , but just not to eat a big meal. So obviously all dr's are different about it. I see a specialist though and he has been doing this 40+ years .. BUT I would just call your dr the day before and ask.

agree with @alainaharris415. wasn't bad at all. flat orange soda. tho don't sip it. not meant for that plus won't taste the greatest if you're persevering it. lol.
