Any way to get rid of a migraine? I've taken Tylenol, at my caffeine limit for the day, tried a bath and a shower, drank a ton of water and juice.Feels like I'm being stabbed in the back of my skull

try a vold wash cloth or hot as you can stand it and lay in total darkness no lights or nothing

Put an ice pack where it hurts and lay down in a dark and quiet place (no phone😉)

did the shower help? sometimes a heating pad helps me in a dark room.

Ice pack on my head and some lavender essential oil on my temples.
