Does anybody else's hands go numb when they sleep? I thought maybe it was just my carpal tunnel but I only have that in 1 wrist and both hands are having problems.. I know that hormones can cause loosening in the joints but I've never heard of hand's going numb. I have bad arthritis too. It's a constant painful battle with my hands. Oh and I do have severe sciatica. Any suggestions?

i has that issue while i was pregnant. even now my fingers have a constant tingling feeling to them. i just switched had positions.

Mine do all the time. More so when sleeping.

yes. I have ended up in splints for the last of my pregnancy. mine got to the point where I could feel some fingers and others felt huge and swollen even though they werent. and it was super painful.

@mamamj, I have one for my right hand since that's the one that I've had carpal tunnel in for years and even that hand is still horrible and exactly how you explained it. Some fingers feel swollen even though they are not.
