My oldest son has eczema but it doesn't look like this. It's more like patches of dry skin.. It could be a heat rash? When I was younger I would get them all the time, any time of year! Or an irritation from something that has changed recently, can you think of anything that is different?
@mommy_faith @ya0515 I was thinking it could be an allergic reaction from solids. He doesn't swell up or anything so it could be heat rash. He's always sweating. I feel so bad now. I just try to keep him warm. Even when I just put a onsie shirt on him he sweats.
I totally understand my 2 months old is super hot and sweaty all the time! It's like I want to dress him so that he isn't cold cause it's winter and then when I hold him or breast feed he gets so so sweaty! It's a battle every day lol
Maybe turn the heat down just a little. My daughter rarely has clothes on during the day. But our ac had been broken so is been super duper hot in here. I just wipe her down with warm water and use coconut oil after.
Mine has the same issue. I sent the pics to his doctor and was told it was a rash due to clogged pores and that it should clear on its own. He suggested that I put baby lotion on it to help.

@mommy_faith It seems like it comes and goes on his neck. This is the first time I've seen it on the back of his neck and back.
