I had placenta previa for a few months and wasn't allowed to have sex either. it is hard on a relationship but it is possible to move on its own. mine did and now i don't have to be forced into a csection

I was diagnosed at 16+4 with low lying, then at 17+4 it was a complete previa. I was put on bed rest until my 20 week scan, and mine resolved. Mine moved 3.76cm away from the os, after being told mine wouldn't move at all.

I wasn't getting much before but now that I can't makes it worse. I'm really hoping it moves.

@a7xangel3687, I'm 24+4 right now and was told mines 20 cms from the cervix and was told there's a chance it won't move or it could become complete by the 3rd trimester.

I am 24+3, but you still have ample time for it to move. Mine was complete/anterior. Scared the crap out of me!

I didn't have a low-lying placenta, but I did have a c-section. It's really not a big deal, if you end up having one

@a7xangel3687, I bet! it scares me too :( @henrysmommy that's what everyone keeps telling me. I'm not scared of the actual process but the healing afterwards. I'm not going to have much help because my boyfriend won't be able to take a lot of time off and my roommate works a lot of night shifts. I'm terrified about not being able to properly care for the baby. I'm a FTM.

I know, I was scared of that too. But it's really not bad at all.
