Your doctor can tell you, and you know because you feel more pressure in your pelvic area. And your tummy it goes down.

well both of mine dropped in early 30's weeks. my first didnt come til 40week and 2 days. still cooking this one at 39weeks and 4 days.

This may be a dumb/obvious question but how do you know when you've dropped? My coworkers swear I have, but I haven't really noticed. BTW, goodluck momma!
