Any mommas with severe hip pain? I was born with dislocated hips but they've been fine for the most part until the last couple of weeks 😔 it's to the point where I can't move at all for hours without crying out in pain... Any suggestions? My next OB appt is the 26th...

Ugh does anyone have any solutions to hip pain at night? :( Even if I put pillows in between my legs my hips still hurt so bad and I don't get any sleep.. :/
How often can we take Tylenol when pregnant? I was not prescribed any pain killers with wisdom teeth pulled and I am in serious pain!!! A
