And they have a natural oralgel that is for babies under 4 months. You can't use the baby oralgel until they are 4 months old though. It numbs their tongue and throat and makes it hard for them to control swallowing

This is what I've used for my son ever since he started teething around 3 months.

They have little dissolvable teething tablets that worked amazingly. Also you could ask your doctor for the dosage based on weight for Tylenol and ibuprofen
