if they wanted you to fast, they would have told you to, so I think so. They told me I needed to fast before my appointment.

No just do your normal or it will mess up the results. You would only fast if they told you too. It's been a few years since I had done one and forgotten and they didn't tell me I had to at one of my last appts and I had eaten and it was fine.
