I have been feeling nauseous for quite a few hours. I went to sleep & woke up about 2 hours later with horrible cramps so i went to the bathroom to try to go #2 & had excruciating pain in my lower belly, back, & vag. My stomach was really hard every time i got the pain, & now that I'm laying in bed i still have this dull aching in my back & lower belly area, & my stomach keeps getting super hard making everything hurt more. What do i do??? 😫😭

Labor and delivery! Sounds like contractions

Sounds like contractions. Start timing them and see if they're regular and how far apart they are. Keep moving. Just laying down won't make them feel better if they're true contractions ❤️

I would think your body is getting ready for labor!
ashley·
That's what I was about to say lol feeling nauseous can also be a sign of labor starting. I'd go to the er and get checked out. or you can try drinking alot of water and laying on your left side for a little while n if it dont ease off then go

See if it helps. Honestly stay home as long as you can. If your water hasn't broken there's no need to rush in. It's so much more comfortable to labor at home than at the hospital ❤️
