part of me wishes I could just walk into L&D and be like "hey y'all I'm in labor" then just get settled in and start dialating and whatnot just because I walked in and declared my labor is starting.

that sounds so much easier than spending all my time trying to figure out if I'm even in labor to begin with before ever going to the hospital.
