I was told nothing to eat or drink 8 hours prior or test is not going to be accurate.

I was told not to eat until after my test

i had eggs and whole wheat toast

blood test goes back 3 months when they test. I didn't know that so doesn't really matter what you eat they already know

i have mine at my next appt and they told me like eggs and toast or something not real sugary
