Do lots of research and choose for yourself. Watch the Business of Being Born if you haven't seen it (it's on Netflix). I had a natural birth and it wasn't easy but it was beyond empowering. Going naturally also typically means less interventions.

I say, decide on the day of lol I wanted all natural. I held all the contractions, I was in labor for like 9 hours, and I dilated to 7-8cm. I got tired, I couldn't breath without a contraction hitting. I said fuck it, I couldn't take it anymore and got the epidural lol I finally relaxed and gave birth two hours later, best thing of life lol I was in labor for 11 hours in total 😭✊🏼

After two kids I have found it best to go into it open minded. Be open to an epidural and give yourself the chance to do it without, but there is no reason to push yourself. If you go into labor with your mind set on one or the other you may either wind up disappointed or surprise yourself. It made the whole experience less stressful by just letting my body and my mind go with the flow and decide on the moment of it was right or not.
