if you lay down and drink water does the cramping go away

@momma_2_batbaby, No, I realized if I drink water and then eat something like a pb&j then it goes away. If I don't eat then it continues to hurt. But it's not like belly hungry pains

@momma_2_batbaby, when I was last in the hospital I told them about it and they said it was BH. I just think it's weird they only happen every morning between 5-6am.

BH are your uterus tightening and then releasing. they can happen anytime
