I need help idk what to do im a FTM and my son has barely moved at all today and it has been over 3 hours since the last time he moved I ate cookies I drank milk I drank sprite ive laid in my left side then my right and nothing. I had an xray down yesterday and the idiot took one photo without covering me... idk what to do

drink some oj and lay on your left side for 15 minutes. if nothing happens, call your doctor. they may have you go to the e.r.

the baby still isnt very active I have to monitor him all day and if I see that more than hours go.by and he isnt moving I have to go back. im just very concerned I dont know what else to do to get him to be like his normal self
