Has anyone had a episiotomy when you delivered? How did you overcome the pain afterwards 😩?

tucks pads, sitz baths, witch hazel, careful sitting, and the pain meds my ob gave me. it was super painful and rough for me, but I pulled through. lol

For me it didnt really hurt. what hurts more is when u need to go #2 (poop). i felt like i was going to have another baby. and it still hurt am 5 weeks pp.

yeah. that's where I got mine. its with the meds or with the sunburn care when I got it. @jgarciamua
