I use bag balm on my son if he gets a rash. Walmart or a farm supply store sells it. Pretty cheap.

The Nystatin is for fungal infections....if it's not working, I would let your pediatrician know bc there are other prescription creams that are stronger that they can give you. My daughter constantly got yeast infections on her bum (they look like really bad diaper rash) and I had 2 different creams I had to use for her.
