I took both mine out before I was prego so. but when I did do it my mom would die laughing and be like "haha you swallowed balls!" my mom I love her she always looks for the humor in things lol

that sucks I've done that many times! I had 2 tounge rings and they'd rub together and loosen up and I'd swallow it, totally sucks
