I'd start doing that a lot from now until you give birth, like 5 times a day lol. It will help with delivery, and make pushing easier, my doctor told me. If you're having a vaginal Birth
@rylansmomma, lol if my fiance find time to. we work different schedules so we are barely home together. :/ I'm trying to get something started. I don't even have that many contractions. and I want a vaginal birth. I just don't like to say I'm having a vaginal birth and then I might end up needing an emergency c section lol
it may be less painful in the moment but I know so many girls who had one and they were in a lot more pain after having the baby. I'm hoping for vaginal because I'd like to deal with more pain during delivery and less pain afterwards lol. @rylansmomma

True, And that sucks :( I'm wanting a vaginal birth but as it gets closer and closer a c section seems less and less painful to me @mgurmen4495

i lost my sex drive after i had my first son, im surprised were having baby number two lol.
