my right breast is so engorged. it's always been a little larger not noticeably but for me I can tell especially now that I'm a dairy queen... I am trying the suggestions such as cold compresses nurse on the smaller breast 1st and end with the larger breast but it doesn't seem to be helping.. HAS ANYONE ELSE EXPERIENCED THIS ????
I'd pump then...if they are engorged you risk infection and clogged ducts😔 @bella91
@bella91, do it in the shower, the hot will make you leak! Just a start from the top and massage down! I would take two hands and squeeze each angle to see what I would get
Hand expressing definitely feels a lot better than pumping. I just sat on my bed shirtless and just massaged my breast with a towel in my lap, or even when you nurse on the smaller one, do it completely shirtless with a towel under baby on your lap and massage the other breast while you have a let down, which usually happens about a minute or two after baby is sucking.
i had this thing tou could heat up and put on and it helped. it was by lanoish... or however you spell it.
Because I have to be on mental health medication after birth I am unable to breastfeed😔 what are some good formulas for babies? I know breast is best but I can’t be on the medication I need and breast feed.
I need to find a breast pump that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. :(
Breast feeding is a full time job I really want to give up already 😢
I wana use this breast pump
Quick question to breast feeding mum i would like to breast feed my baby when she comes as I’ve never really breast fed my other 2, is it uncomfortable also how is pumping out milk????? For bottle feeds is the pump uncomfortable... I would normally just breast feed and not pump when home but I do drive so when I’m out and can’t stop I’ll have to use a bottle...I remember trying to breast feed my youngest and I keeped getting milk ducts why was that??? I think that’s why I gave up as I was scared...
