i got up at 7:30 had kix with chia seeds & chai soy protien. went to sleep until 10. got up made chorizo & eggs , blackbeans and rice. went to sleep until 2:30. got up had chips and guac & an apple with peanut butter. nowwwww ill be going back to sleep.
