Does anyone take anything OTC for sleep?! I cannot go another night without... 😔

I use Benadryl and or Tylenol pm

if you take benadryl with Tylenol that is the same as a Tylenol pm but either one works

I use Unisome the tablets not the gel kind

okay! I have some Tylenol PM in the cabinet. if it doesn't help..I'm definitely going to try the Unisom! thanks, @kftm2016

i take benedryl and it works wonders!

Benadryl, Tylenol PM & Unisom all have the same drug in it for sleep. Benadryl is just cheaper and doesn't have the added Tylenol in it so less meds for baby.
